Tippn’ Fighting Wrinkles.

Fight the Wrinkles:

1. Keep away from the sun, caffeine and smoking.

2. Start using anti wrinkle creams before you see wrinkles.

3. Drinks lots of water.

Cruciferous vegetables:  The family of Cruciferous vegetables includes cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, kale, turnip, brussels sprouts, radish and watercress. Cruciferous vegetables assist the body in its fight against toxins and cancer.




Whole meal foods and grains and Fruits.

Water Lots of it.

LFW - Kiki Kamanu CollectionNigerian designer Kiki Kamanu presented her latest collection which she termed as “unconventional”  at London fashion Week on the Fashion Mavericks Platform on Sunday 20th February 2011, at the Strand Palace Hotel, inLondon’s West End near Covent Garden. Kiki Kamanu is the face of her eponymous label which was birthed when shebegan revitalizing her twin sister’s clothes at age eleven. While with the Fordmodeling agency in Boston, she had the honor of modeling for severaldesigners including Chanel, and Gucci. In under 2 years Kiki Kamanu’s distinctive chic has been featured onrunways including Calabar Carnival, Lost in Lagos and Sleek. In March, shewill show in the coveted ARISE Fashion Week. She and/orher designs have appeared in major American, Nigerian and Turkish media,and on CNN International. She has developed a faithful following in Nigeria,United States, Persian Gulf, and soon the United Kingdom and the world!

I really… love this collection, it is bright, fun and truly unconventional. Gotta have it!

Susan Nethero says 85% of all women are wearing the wrong size of bra. With over 18 years of experience and having trained under the queen of England’s Royal bra fitter, this bra woman wonder gives tips you never knew about but make perfect sense; No wonder she is dubbed the Bra Whisperer and even fit for Oprah. She is the  owner of high-end bra boutique Intimacy with stores all over the United States. On her website she writes “A woman’s confidence will soar with a bra fitting.
