Trailers of the Movies I listed that inspires Fashion

Valentino The Last Emperor

Sex and the city 2

The D**** wears Prada

Coco  Before Chanel

Confessions of a Shopaholic

1. Valentino : The Last Emperor

This film documents the colorful and dramatic closing act of Valentino’s celebrated career, tells the story of his extraordinary life, and explores the larger themes affecting the fashion business today. Valentino is a major celebrated figure in Fashion. The Last Emperor is much more than a fashion movie. It is a portrait of an extraordinary partnership[ one between him and the fashion industry], the longest-running in fashion, you know this film is a dramatic story about a master confronting the final act of his celebrated career. It will be a film and fashion worldwide event marking the end of an era. an era that is just too good to end. Its is a must watch for all fashion people. This movie is truly an inspiration

2. Sex and the City.

I love this money because it is a good inspiration for fashion designers, stylist and all in the fashion industry. This film is a fashionable film . To me it’s more upscale fashion than s**.

3. The D**** wears Prada.

This film takes you through the corridors of fashion. What better way to get there than through a fashion magazine. Its a really interesting film and a good inspiration for people wanting to go into fashion journalism.

4. Coco Before [Avant] Chanel and

This film is about Fashion Legend Coco Chanel, how she became the fashion queen and became the embodiment of all things fashion.

5. Confessions of a Shopaholic:

Confessions of a Shopaholic offers a take on modern style, but this one has a fashion-forward flair. The wardrobe in the film, designed by Patricia Field of Sex and the City fame, is enviable for any budding fashionista. There are tons of bright and bold colors and fabrics as well as countless bags, shoes and other accessories. Just don’t go into debt like Rebecca Bloomwood!

There are various films that inspire fashion, unfortunately not of African origin but to me these are my top picks for fashion inspiration. Enjoy!
